About the Founder
Shane Coppin is a structural advisor and transformation architect with over three decades of leadership across sport, education, infrastructure, and institutional systems.
He has led some of Australia’s most significant reforms — including the national unification of AusCycling and the strategic redesign of PMSA’s multi-school network.
Earlier in his career, Shane worked in the construction sector across design, engineering, and development. This grounding in systems and pragmatism complements his later leadership in sport and education, giving him a rare ability to align vision with structure and deliver outcomes that last.
He founded Orkawild to give bold thinkers a trusted partner who knows how to turn ambition into clarity, and clarity into legacy.
