We’ve led organisations through complexity, transformation, crisis, and growth. We’ve rebuilt structures, merged systems, stabilised cultures, redesigned strategy, and built new ventures from concept to execution. Having lived and experienced the pressure, the decisions, the responsibility, and the personal cost of leadership, we have now chosen to support others in similar situations.

Today, we work beside leaders as both a mentor and an advisor — providing clarity, perspective, structure, and grounded support so they can move forward with confidence and intention.

    • Does not include reports, documents, or project-based work (these can be scoped separately).

  • Founder & Executive Advisory

    A premium advisory partnership for leaders who want consistent support, grounded clarity, and a strategic mind beside them throughout the month.

    Includes:

    • Two (2) fixed one-hour strategic sessions per month

    • Up to 2.5 hours of additional adhoc advisory access
      (calls, WhatsApp, voice notes, decision support)

    • Up to 4.5 hours total access/month
