Orkawild Strategic Advisory Session – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment (including GST) is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

• Payment is securely processed via Stripe/Squarespace Payments.

• A receipt will be issued to the email address you provide.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your confirmed time using the rescheduling link provided.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refund will be provided.

Scope of Service

• These sessions are strategic advisory services. They do not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• Follow-up support or materials may be provided at the discretion of Orkawild and are supplementary in nature.

Confidentiality

• All session content and communication will be treated confidentially. Orkawild will not share your information without your written consent unless required by law.
