Meet the Founder
Shane Coppin is a bold, outcome-driven strategist known for helping leaders move from complexity to clarity — and from potential to performance.
He’s not a coach. He’s a builder.
For over 30 years, Shane has led transformation across national sport, education, and industry — driving outcomes in organisations with multimillion-dollar revenues, major asset holdings, and workforces of up to 2,000 people. He has led growth and reform in entities with extensive member bases and multi-tiered governance models, as well as in large-scale member organisations with national reach and complex stakeholder networks.
In education, Shane led executive reform and cultural reset across a complex, values-led network — embedding strategic clarity, operational stability, and long-term growth.
In sport, he played a pivotal role in one of Australia’s most ambitious national restructures — unifying fragmented organisations, modernising governance, and realigning stakeholders under a shared commercial and cultural model.
In industry, Shane co-founded and scaled a national construction and manufacturing operation — overseeing product design, logistics, team development, and systems innovation across commercial projects nationwide.
