About the Founder

Shane Coppin, Founder of Orkawild, is a transformation architect and institutional leader with a track record across national sport, education, and not-for-profit sectors.

He has led and worked across some of Australia's most complex governance restructures, including the national unification of AusCycling and the operational redesign of PMSA, integrating multiple 100+ year-old private schools into a single, modernised system.

Shane works exclusively at board and executive level, with a focus on structural reform, commercial clarity, and long-term capability.

Shane founded Orkawild to help visionary leaders turn bold ideas into better futures—by building systems that work, scale, and last.
